Meet Alfa

More than a teacher. A coach who understands the journey.

My name is Alfa, and I believe fluency is about more than knowing words, it’s about having the confidence to use them when it matters most.

I’ve taught students from all over the world — Poland, , Brazil, Slovakia, Serbia, China, and many more. But my understanding of cross-cultural communication goes deeper than teaching: I spent my childhood in Ghana and my early twenties in China, living among many kinds of people and navigating multinational situations firsthand — learning to understand not just what people say, but what they mean. Along the way, I also learned Mandarin to an advanced level, a language far removed from my own — which means I know, firsthand, what it feels like to struggle and grow in a completely foreign language as an adult. I can genuinely step into your shoes.
